a nd if they have not continence -- let them marry, for it is better to marry than to burn;

لَكِنْ إذا لَمْ يَستَطِيعُوا أنْ يَضبُطُوا أنفُسَهُمْ، فَلْيَتَزَوَّجُوا، لِأنَّ الزَّواجَ أفضَلُ مِنَ التَّحَرُّقِ بِالشَّهوَةِ.
