s o, then -- not of him who is willing, nor of him who is running, but of God who is doing kindness:

فَلا يَعتَمِدُ الأمرُ عَلَى رَغبَةِ الإنسانِ أوْ جُهُودِهِ، بَلْ عَلَى اللهِ الرَّحِيمِ.
