r ender, therefore, to all dues; to whom tribute, the tribute; to whom custom, the custom; to whom fear, the fear; to whom honour, the honour.

凡 人 所 當 得 的 ， 就 給 他 。 當 得 糧 的 ， 給 他 納 糧 ； 當 得 稅 的 ， 給 他 上 稅 ； 當 懼 怕 的 ， 懼 怕 他 ； 當 恭 敬 的 ， 恭 敬 他 。
