A nd when we came to Rome, the centurion delivered up the prisoners to the captain of the barrack, but Paul was suffered to remain by himself, with the soldier guarding him.

When we got to Rome, Paul was allowed to live where he wanted to. But a soldier was always by his side to watch him.
