b ut when it came that we completed the days, having gone forth, we went on, all bringing us on the way, with women and children, unto the outside of the city, and having bowed the knees upon the shore, we prayed,

Când zilele de stat alături de ei s-au încheiat, am plecat şi ne-am continuat călătoria. Toţi, împreună cu soţiile şi copiii, ne-au condus până afară din cetate. Acolo, pe ţărm, ne-am plecat pe genunchi şi ne-am rugat.
