a nd all Athenians, and the strangers sojourning, for nothing else were at leisure but to say something, and to hear some newer thing.

وَكانَ الأثِينِيُّونَ وَالأجانِبُ السّاكِنُونَ هُناكَ يَقضُونَ كُلَّ وَقتِهِمْ لا يَفعَلُونَ شَيئاً غَيرَ الحَدِيثِ عَنْ شَيءٍ جَدِيدٍ، أوْ الاستِماعِ إلَى شَيءٍ جَدِيدٍ.
