t his one did Paul wish to go forth with him, and having taken, he circumcised him, because of the Jews who are in those places, for they all knew his father -- that he was a Greek.

فَأرادَ بُولُسُ أنْ يَصطَحِبَ تِيمُوثاوُسَ فِي السَّفَرِ. فَأخَذَهُ وَخَتَنَهُ بِسَبَبِ اليَهُودِ المَوجُودِينَ فِي تِلكَ المَناطِقِ. فَقَدْ كانُوا جَمِيعاً يَعرِفُونَ أنَّ أباهُ يُونانِيٌّ.
