John 21:19 ~ John 21:19

a nd this he said, signifying by what death he shall glorify God; and having said this, he saith to him, `Be following me.'

He said this to tell Peter what kind of death he would die to honor God. After Jesus said this, He said to Peter, “Follow Me.”
