a nd reformation and remission of sins to be proclaimed in his name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem:

وَلا بُدَّ أنْ يُبَشَّرَ بِالتَّوبَةِ وَمَغفِرَةِ الخَطايا بِاسْمِهِ لِجَمِيعِ الأُمَمِ ابتِداءً مِنَ مَدينَةِ القُدْسِ.
