A nd as they led him away, having taken hold on Simon, a certain Cyrenian, coming from the field, they put on him the cross, to bear behind Jesus.

When they led Him away, they seized a man, Simon of Cyrene, coming in from the country, and placed on him the cross to carry behind Jesus.
