a ccording to the custom of the priesthood, his lot was to make perfume, having gone into the sanctuary of the Lord,

فَتَمَّ اختِيارُهُ بِالقُرعَةِ، حَسَبَ العادَةِ المُتَّبَعَةِ لَدَى الكَهَنَةِ، لِلدُّخُولِ إلَى هَيكَلِ الرَّبِّ وَتَقدِيمِ البَخُورِ.
