A nd having been baptized, Jesus went up immediately from the water, and lo, opened to him were the heavens, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon him,

Gesù, appena fu battezzato, salì fuori dall’acqua; ed ecco, i cieli {gli} si aprirono ed egli vide lo Spirito di Dio scendere come una colomba e venire su di lui.
