a nd the husbandmen having seen the son, said among themselves, This is the heir, come, we may kill him, and may possess his inheritance;

«وَلَكِنْ عِندَما رَأى الفَلّاحُونَ أنَّ هَذا هُوَ ابْنُ المالِكِ، تَشاوَرُوا فِيما بَينَهُمْ وَقالُوا: ‹هَذا هُوَ الوَرِيثُ، فَلنَقتُلْهُ لِكَي نَسْتولي عَلَى مِيراثِهِ.›
