Numbers 30:8 ~ Numbers 30:8

` And if in the day of her husband's hearing he disalloweth her, then he hath broken her vow which on her, and the wrongful utterance of her lips which she hath bound on her soul, and Jehovah is propitious to her.

But if her husband refuses to allow her on the day that he hears of it, then he shall make void and annul her vow which is upon her and the rash utterance of her lips by which she bound herself, and the Lord will forgive her.
