a nd fire cometh out from before Jehovah, and consumeth on the altar the burnt-offering, and the fat; and all the people see, and cry aloud, and fall on their faces.

وَخَرَجَتْ نارٌ مِنْ مَحضَرِ اللهِ وَأحرَقَتِ الذَّبيحَةَ الصّاعِدَةَ وَالشَّحمَ اللَّذَينِ عَلَى المَذبَحِ. وَرَأى كُلُّ الشَّعبِ ذَلِكَ، وَهَتَفُوا، وَرَكَعُوا وَوُجُوهُهُمْ إلَى الأرْضِ.
