Leviticus 16:21 ~ Levitic 16:21

a nd Aaron hath laid his two hands on the head of the living goat, and hath confessed over it all the iniquities of the sons of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, and hath put them on the head of the goat, and hath sent away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness;

Aaron să-şi pună amîndouă mînile pe capul ţapului celui viu, şi să mărturisească peste el toate fărădelegile copiilor lui Israel şi toate călcările lor de lege cu cari au păcătuit ei; să le pună pe capul ţapului, apoi să -l izgonească în pustie, printr'un om care va avea însărcinarea aceasta.
