Hosea 10:8 ~ Osea 10:8

A nd destroyed have been high places of Aven, the sin of Israel. Thorn and bramble go up on their altars, And they have said to hills, Cover us, And to heights, Fall upon us.

Înălţimile răutăţii, unde a păcătuit Israel, vor fi nimicite. Spini şi mărăcini vor creşte pe altarele lor. Atunci vor începe să zică munţilor: «Acoperiţi-ne!» şi dealurilor: «Cădeţi peste noi!»
