A nd Daniel hath sought from the king, and he hath appointed over the work of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, and Daniel in the gate of the king.

但 以 理 求 王 ， 王 就 派 沙 得 拉 、 米 煞 、 亞 伯 尼 歌 管 理 巴 比 倫 省 的 事 務 ， 只 是 但 以 理 常 在 朝 中 侍 立 。
