T herefore say unto them: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: With the blood ye do eat, And your eyes ye lift up unto your idols, And blood ye shed, and the land ye inherit!

Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord God: You eat meat with the blood and lift up your eyes to your idols and shed blood; shall you then possess the land?
