E ven a stork in the heavens hath known her seasons, And turtle, and swallow, and crane, Have watched the time of their coming, And -- My people have not known the judgment of Jehovah.

Yes, the stork in the heavens knows her appointed times, and the turtledove, the swallow, and the crane observe the time of their return. But My people do not know the law of the Lord.
