L o, the voice of a cry of the daughter of my people from a land afar off, Is Jehovah not in Zion? is her king not in her? Wherefore have they provoked Me with their graven images, With the vanities of a foreigner?

Siehe, die Tochter meines Volks wird schreien aus fernem Lande her: "Will denn er HERR nicht mehr Gott sein zu Zion, oder soll sie keinen König mehr haben?" Ja, warum haben sie mich so erzürnt durch ihre Bilder und fremde, unnütze Gottesdienste?
