Jeremiah 6:4 ~ ﺃﺭﻣﻴﺎء 6:4

S anctify ye against her the battle, Rise, and we go up at noon. Wo to us, for turned hath the day, For stretched out are the shades of evening,

يَقُولُ العُدُوُّ: «استَعِدُّوا لِشَنِّ مَعرَكَةٍ عَلَيها. قُومُوا، وَسَنُهاجِمُ عِندَ الظَّهِيرَةِ.» فَقالَ الشَّعبُ: «وَيلٌ لَنا، لأنَّ نِهايَةَ هَذا اليَومِ تَقتَرِبُ، وَلأنَّ ظِلالَ المَساءِ تَزدادُ امتِداداً.»
