B ecause Babylon goeth up to the heavens, And because it fenceth the high place of its strength, From Me come into it do spoilers, An affirmation of Jehovah.

حَتَّى لَوِ ارتَفَعَتْ بابِلُ إلَى السَّماءِ، وَلَو قَوَّتْ حُصُونَها، فَسَيَأتِي عَلَيها المُخَرِّبُونَ مِنْ عِندِي،» يَقُولُ اللهُ.
