D eclare ye him drunk, For against Jehovah he made himself great And Moab hath stricken in his vomit, And he hath been for a derision -- even he.

Make him drunk, for he has magnified himself against the Lord. Moab also shall splash in his vomit, and he too shall be held in derision.
