F or a voice as of a sick woman I have heard, Distress, as of one bringing forth a first-born, The voice of the daughter of Zion, She bewaileth herself, she spreadeth out her hands, `Wo to me now, for weary is my soul of slayers!'

Ya escucho el clamor de una que está en labor de parto. Es como la voz angustiosa de una primeriza. Es la voz de la hija de Sión, que llora y extiende las manos. Y dice: «¡Ay de mí! ¡Mi ánimo decae por causa de los que quieren matarme!»
