` Thus said Jehovah of Hosts, God of Israel, Take these books, this purchase-book, both the sealed one and the open one, and thou hast put them in an earthen vessel, that they may remain many days;

„Aşa vorbeşte Domnul Oştirilor, Dumnezeul lui Israel: «Ia aceste documente, atât actul de cumpărare pecetluit, cât şi pe cel nepecetluit, şi pune-le într-un vas de pământ ca să se păstreze multă vreme!»
