H ow sayest thou, `I have not been defiled, After the Baalim I have not gone?' See thy way in a valley, know what thou hast done, A swift dromedary winding her ways,

Cum poţi să zici:, Nu m'am spurcat, şi nu m'am dus după Baali?` Priveşte-ţi urma paşilor în vale, şi vezi ce ai făcut, dromaderă iute la mers şi care baţi drumurile şi le încrucişezi!
