T he maker of the earth by His power, The establisher of the world by His wisdom, Who, by His understanding, stretched forth the heavens,

فَهُوَ صانِعُ الأرْضِ بِقُوَّتِهِ، وَمُؤَسِّسُ العالَمِ بِحِكمَتِهِ، الَّذِي نَشَرَ السَّماواتِ بِمَعرِفَتِهِ.
