Isaiah 61:11 ~ Isaiah 61:11

F or, as the earth bringeth forth her shoots, And as a garden causeth its sown things to shoot up, So the Lord Jehovah causeth righteousness and praise To shoot up before all the nations!

For as the earth brings forth its shoots, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to spring forth, so the Lord God will cause rightness and justice and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
