H alf of it he hath burnt in the fire, By half of it he eateth flesh, He roasteth a roasting, and is satisfied, Yea, he is warm, and saith: `Aha, I have become warm, I have enjoyed the light.

Metade da madeira ele queima no fogo; sobre ela ele prepara sua refeição, assa a carne e come sua porção. Ele também se aquece e diz: “Ah! Estou aquecido; estou vendo o fogo”.
