F or by scorned lip, and by another tongue, Doth He speak unto this people.

لأَنَّهُ بِشِفاهٍ مُتَلَعثِمَةٍ وَبِلُغَاتٍ أجنَبِيَّةٍ سَأُكَلِّمُ هَذا الشَّعبَ.
