I f oppression of the poor, and violent taking away of judgment and righteousness thou seest in a province, do not marvel at the matter, for a higher than the high is observing, and high ones over them.

(04-8) Se nella provincia vedi l'oppressione del povero e la perversione violenta del diritto e della giustizia, non meravigliarti della cosa; poiché sopra un'alta autorità ne veglia una piú alta, e sopra di loro, delle autorità ancora piú alte.
