A nd they do so, and Aaron stretcheth out his hand with his rod, and smiteth the dust of the land, and the gnats are on man and on beast; all the dust of the land hath been gnats in all the land of Egypt.

Aşa au făcut. Aaron şi -a întins mîna cu toiagul, şi a lovit ţărîna pămîntului; şi s'a prefăcut în păduchi pe toţi oamenii şi pe toate dobitoacele. Toată ţărîna pămîntului s'a prefăcut în păduchi, în toată ţara Egiptului.
