A nd Moses taketh the blood, and sprinkleth on the people, and saith, `Lo, the blood of the covenant which Jehovah hath made with you, concerning all these things.'

And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant that Jehovah has made with you concerning all these words.
