A nd the Nethinim have been dwelling in Ophel, unto over-against the water-gate at the east, and the tower that goeth out.

وَخُدّامُ الهَيكَلِ الَّذِينَ يَسكُنُونَ تَلَّةَ عُوفَلَ، رَمَّمُوا إلَى مُقابِلِ بابِ الماءِ شَرْقاً، وَإلَى البُرجِ البارِزِ مِنَ القَصْرِ.
