Ezra 4:3 ~ Esdra 4:3

A nd Zerubbabel saith to them, also Jeshua, and the rest of the heads of the fathers of Israel, `Not for you, and for us, to build a house to our God; but we ourselves together do build to Jehovah God of Israel, as the king Cyrus, king of Persia, commanded us.'

Ma Zorobabel, Jeshua e gli altri capi delle case paterne d'Israele risposero loro: «Non avete alcun diritto di costruire con noi una casa al nostro DIO, ma noi soli la costruiremo all'Eterno, il DIO d'Israele, come ci ha comandato il re Ciro, re di Persia».
