A nd David assembleth all the heads of Israel, heads of the tribes, and heads of the courses who are serving the king, and heads of the thousands, and heads of the hundreds, and heads of all the substance and possessions of the king, and of his sons, with the officers and the mighty ones, even to every mighty one of valour -- unto Jerusalem.

Davide convocò a Gerusalemme tutti i capi d’Israele, i capi delle tribù, i capi delle divisioni al servizio del re, i capi di migliaia, i capi di centinaia, gli amministratori di tutti i beni e del bestiame appartenente al re e ai suoi figli, insieme con gli ufficiali di corte, con gli uomini prodi e valorosi.
