A nd king David saith to Ornan, `Nay, for I surely buy for full silver; for I do not lift up that which is thine to Jehovah, so as to offer a burnt-offering without cost.'

Mais le roi David dit à Ornan: Non! je veux l'acheter contre sa valeur en argent, car je ne présenterai point à l'Éternel ce qui est à toi, et je n'offrirai point un holocauste qui ne me coûte rien.
