A nd he bringeth in all the priests out of the cities of Judah, and defileth the high places where the priests have made perfume, from Geba unto Beer-Sheba, and hath broken down the high places of the gates that at the opening of the gate of Joshua, head of the city, that on a man's left hand at the gate of the city;

E hizo venir todos los sacerdotes de las ciudades de Judá, y profanó los lugares altos donde los sacerdotes quemaban incienso, desde Gabaa hasta Beerseba; y derribó los lugares altos de las puertas y los que estaban a la entrada de la puerta de Josué, gobernador de la ciudad; y los que estaban a la mano izquierda, a la puerta de la ciudad.
