A nd the king chargeth Benaiah son of Jehoiada, and he goeth out and falleth on him, and he dieth, and the kingdom is established in the hand of Solomon.

Então o rei deu ordem a Benaia, filho de Joiada, e este atacou Simei e o matou. Assim o reino ficou bem estabelecido nas mãos de Salomão.
