A nd Shimei saith to the king, `The word good; as my lord the king hath spoken so doth thy servant do;' and Shimei dwelleth in Jerusalem many days.

فَأجابَ شَمْعَى: «هَذا حَسَنٌ يا مَولايَ وَمَلِكِي. سَأفعَلُ كَما تَقُولُ.» فَسَكَنَ شَمْعَى فِي القُدسِ مُدَّةً طَوِيلَةً.
