A nd Jehovah hath smitten Israel as the reed is moved by the waters, and hath plucked Israel from off this good ground that He gave to their fathers, and scattered them beyond the River, because that they made their shrines, provoking Jehovah to anger;

І поб'є Господь Ізраїля, і він захитається, як хитається очерет на воді! І вирве Він Ізраїля з-над цієї хорошої землі, яку дав їхнім батькам, і порозкидає їх по той бік Річки за те, що вони поробили собі Астарти, що гнівають Господа.
