A nd David saith on that day, `Any one smiting the Jebusite, (let him go up by the watercourse), and the lame and the blind -- the hated of David's soul,' -- because the blind and lame say, `He doth not come into the house.'

Y dijo David aquel día: “Todo el que quiera herir a los Jebuseos, que suba por el túnel del agua y llegue adonde están los cojos y los ciegos, a los cuales el alma de David aborrece.” Por eso se dice: “Ni los ciegos ni los cojos entrarán en la casa.”
