A nd David cometh in to Baal-Perazim, and David smiteth them there, and saith, `Jehovah hath broken forth mine enemies before me, as the breaking forth of waters;' therefore he hath called the name of that place Baal-Perazim.

Davide dunque si recò a Baal-Perasim, dove li sconfisse, ed esclamò: «Il Signore ha disperso i miei nemici davanti a me come si disperde l’acqua». Perciò chiamò quel luogo Baal-Perasim.
