N ow therefore, my lord, as Yahweh lives, and as your soul lives, since Yahweh has withheld you from blood guiltiness, and from avenging yourself with your own hand, now therefore let your enemies, and those who seek evil to my lord, be as Nabal.

Ahora pues, señor mío, vive Jehová, y vive tu alma, que Jehová te ha impedido el venir a derramar sangre y vengarte por tu propia mano. Sean, pues, como Nabal tus enemigos, y todos los que procuran mal contra mi señor.
