S amuel said to Jesse, “Are all your children here?” He said, “There remains yet the youngest. Behold, he is keeping the sheep.” Samuel said to Jesse, “Send and get him, for we will not sit down until he comes here.”

Poi Samuele disse a Isai: «Sono questi tutti i tuoi figli?» Isai rispose: «Resta ancora il più giovane, ma è al pascolo con le pecore». Samuele disse a Isai: «Mandalo a cercare, perché non ci metteremo a mangiare prima che sia arrivato qua».
