G ideon made an ephod out of it, and put it in Ophrah, his city. Then all Israel played the prostitute with it there; and it became a snare to Gideon, and to his house.

基 甸 以 此 製 造 了 一 個 以 弗 得 ， 設 立 在 本 城 俄 弗 拉 。 後 來 以 色 列 人 拜 那 以 弗 得 行 了 邪 淫 ； 這 就 作 了 基 甸 和 他 全 家 的 網 羅 。
