S amson said, “Let me die with the Philistines!” He bowed himself with all his might; and the house fell on the lords, and on all the people who were therein. So the dead that he killed at his death were more than those who he killed in his life.

al tiempo que exclamaba: «¡No me importa morir junto con los filisteos!» Y haciendo un gran esfuerzo, Sansón hizo que el templo se derrumbara sobre los jefes y sobre todo el pueblo que allí estaba. Así, al morir Sansón, mató a más gente de la que había matado en vida.
