W e know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding, that we know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Sappiamo pure che il Figlio di Dio è venuto e ci ha dato intelligenza per conoscere colui che è il Vero; e noi siamo in colui che è il Vero, cioè nel suo Figlio Gesù Cristo. Egli è il vero Dio e la vita eterna.
