T herefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind; for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin;

基 督 既 在 肉 身 受 苦 ， 你 们 也 当 将 这 样 的 心 志 作 为 兵 器 ， 因 为 在 肉 身 受 过 苦 的 ， 就 已 经 与 罪 断 绝 了 。
